Pumpkin Raisin Steamed Cake

Peel the pumpkin and steam it until it is warm.

Pour 30 grams of sugar and yeast into a warm pumpkin, mash and mix well.

Add 40 grams of dried raisins and mix well.

Add 300 grams of flour.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Take a 6-inch cake tin and spread some oil around the bottom. Put the dough into the mold and press it flat by hand.

Add your favorite grapes or goji berries for decoration. Place the 6-inch dough cake in a place with the sun, and ferment it to 2.5 times its size.

The fermented raw noodles are already full. (Note: Fermentation is only once, no secondary fermentation is required)

Put water in the upper pot and bring it to a boil. Put the mold with the dough into the pot and cover tightly. Steam for 40 minutes on high heat to turn off the heat. Don't open the lid after turning off the heat, wait 5 minutes before opening the lid.

Tips: 1. If the dough is too dry, add some water appropriately. 2. Because it is difficult to ferment in cold weather, the dough can be fermented in the sun or in the oven. 3. The dough only needs to be fermented once, but it must be made 2.5 times larger. 4. Since it is installed in a 6-inch mold, it must be steamed for at least 40 minutes before turning off the heat.
