Stir well, brush the side of the mold with oil, pour into the batter, dip your hands in cold water, and smooth it out gently. Ferment in a warm place for 40 minutes. Do not fill the main mold, halfway down

Ferment to 1.5 times higher, take out, add the remaining red dates and walnuts. Put it in a steamer and steam for 35 minutes on high heat, change to a low heat and steam for 5 minutes, then remove
