Pumpkin, Red Dates, Rice Wine and Rice Cake Soup

Soak the red dates for a few minutes to easily clean off the dirt in the wrinkles.

Remove the flesh of the pumpkin, peel and cut into small pieces. (The pumpkin skin can be eaten or not peeled.)

Put the pumpkin and red dates in the electric pot, add about 600-800ml of water.

Set the electric pressure cooker to pressurize for 10 minutes or the quick cooking function.

After the pressure cooker is decompressed, start it again and pour the rice cakes into the pot.

The water in the pot is boiled again, and the rice wine is added.

Finally, add the cleaned wolfberry, the water in the pot boils again, spread and stir evenly.
Note: Here you can break up all the pumpkins, or leave some pumpkin pieces according to your eating habits.
Tips:
1. Soak the red dates for a few minutes to easily clean off the dirt in the wrinkles.
2. Lycium berries are the same as red dates. After soaking for a few minutes, they will be cleaned, and the water will be controlled for use.
3. Pumpkin skin can be eaten or not peeled.
4. Pumpkin with mung beans, lilies, red dates, and white fungus are all excellent.
