Pumpkin Ribs Braised Rice

First, blanch the chopped ribs in a pot under cold water. This step cannot be omitted, it can remove the fishy ribs. I use spare ribs frozen in the refrigerator, so I don’t need to thaw them in advance

Then remove the ribs, rinse with hot water, drain and set aside

Peel the pumpkin and cut into large pieces; cut the onion into small cubes and set aside

Heat the pan with oil, add the diced onion and sauté until fragrant, and fry for a while, to fry out its moisture, until the onion begins to become crisp

Then add the pumpkin cubes, add soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt, and stir well.

Take two measuring cups of rice with the measuring cup that comes with the electric pressure cooker, wash twice with clean water, put it in the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and there is a scale on the inner wall of the inner pot.

Then pour all the ingredients in step 6 into the electric pressure cooker
