Pumpkin Roll with Black Sesame
1.
Steam the pumpkin and use a blender to make a puree.
2.
Mix flour and yeast, add pumpkin puree, and knead it into a smooth dough.
3.
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and leave in a warm place to ferment to double its size.
4.
Exhaust the fermented dough, knead it well, roll out a rectangular dough sheet, and brush a layer of sesame paste.
5.
Roll up.
6.
Press the joint underneath and cut into small pieces.
7.
Put it in a steamer with a cloth spreader, with a space in the middle, because it will become bigger when steaming, and it will be doubled in the second proofing.
8.
Bring water to a boil on high heat, steam on medium heat for about 15 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the lid.

Tips:
Pumpkin already contains sweetness, so whether you put sugar in it depends on your preference.
