Pumpkin Sago Sweet Soup
1.
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, the amount of sugar, and the amount of sago dew!
2.
Prepare enough water in the pot, change the heat to medium and small after boiling, slowly add the sago dew! Can't pour in at once.
3.
Stir while pouring sago dew. Cook until the sago is translucent.
4.
Put the pumpkin pieces and bring them to a boil.
5.
Change to medium heat and remove the floating liquid at the mouth of the pot!
6.
Add sugar, right amount!
7.
Turn off the heat, remove from the stove, cover the lid, and simmer for 5 minutes.
8.
A pumpkin dessert soup is ready!
Tips:
Pay attention to the heat, the sago should be simmered after it is cooked, the main thing is to make the sago become more transparent without leaving any white spots! My finished picture is freshly cooked, it is a bit thin, and the sago dew does not show up. The sago dew that comes out later appears transparent and granular!
