Pumpkin Sandwich Biscuits

Tips:
I have made too much portion here. If two people eat it, half of my pumpkin is enough. Be sure to pay attention to the heat when it is fried. I was afraid of the batter. I used a small fire, but the middle fire was not cooked. Later, I changed it to a medium fire. Then there is the glutinous rice flour that I completely use here. It feels very sticky when I eat it. If you don’t like it, you can add some flour.
