14.
Put the fried hemp balls on the kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil
15.
Serve while it is hot, and be careful not to burn your mouth!
Tips:
Pumpkin puree is used for mixing noodles. Pumpkin has different water absorption properties than flour, so it is mainly made into dough with moderate hardness.
The pumpkin puree should be mixed while it is still hot.
After kneading the balls, dip them in sesame seeds. This will make it easier to dip evenly and firmly.
When the oil is heated to 50% heat, the small hemp balls can be placed. It doesn't matter if the oil temperature is lower, the small fire will blow until it floats and then press the small hemp ball repeatedly.
After repeatedly pressing the small hemp ball, the hemp ball will become larger and hollow in the middle.
Special reminder: Be careful not to stretch your head to observe when frying food, to prevent the oil from splashing and scalding yourself. You can use a colander to pick up and observe the color in a well-lit place.
