Pumpkin Soup (nine Sun Soymilk Version)
1.
Soymilk, pumpkin, glutinous rice (I half a pumpkin is 1000g, actually only need 1/4 pumpkin)
2.
Peel the pumpkin, dig the flesh and wash
3.
Cut into squash
4.
After the glutinous rice is washed, put it into the soymilk machine, and add water to the "first" scale of the soymilk machine. (There are two graduation marks on the cup of my soymilk maker, and my water is added to the "bottom line" because we have to add pumpkin)
5.
Pumpkin total 500g, put into the soybean milk machine three times. Put it all in at once, the soymilk machine will not be covered, you know, ha ha.
6.
Select the "Fruit and Vegetable Soy Milk" button to let it start working. When we heard the sound of the soymilk grinding twice, unplug the soymilk, open the top cover, put 1/3 of the pumpkin pieces, close the cover, press the "fruit and vegetable soymilk" button to let it continue to work. . . Finally, repeat the above operation, put all the remaining pumpkin pieces in, and wait for the soymilk machine to complete the work by itself!
7.
Delicious and fresh "baked"! Nuo Nuo drops, sticky and fragrant. . . (You can add some sweets to children who like to eat: sugar, whipped cream, raisins... I don’t put sugar in my house, it’s original, the smiley face is dotted with coconut, and the eyes are raisins)
Tips:
The pumpkin soup made with the soymilk machine is really simple. You don't need to steam the pumpkin or press the pumpkin into puree by yourself. The key is that the pumpkin fiber is in the puree, which is made by the soymilk machine and drunk in the hotel. It's exactly the same!
The amount of pumpkin and glutinous rice can be more or less, not fixed, and the effect is delicious. .
Put less pumpkin and more glutinous rice, and the resulting soup will be thicker, okay!
Anyway, this is "zero failure". When I first thought about it, I was very successful. If you don't believe me, you can try it. . .
