Pumpkin Steamed Rice

Wash the pumpkin, cut off a quarter of the head, and use a spoon to dig out the seeds inside.

Soak the glutinous rice for half an hour in advance, put it in the bottom of the pumpkin, and put raisins and goji berries in the middle.

Put another layer of glutinous rice, topped with raisins, goji berries and red dates.

Put it in the steamer.

After 25 minutes, the soft and sweet pumpkin steamed rice is ready, and it looks artistic like a flower.
