Pumpkin Steamed Rice

Cut 1/4 of the small pumpkin and save it as a lid;

Use a spoon to hollow out the remaining 3/4 of the flesh and pumpkin seeds to form a pumpkin cup, set aside;

According to the size of the pumpkin, wash an appropriate amount of germ rice, pour it in, and sprinkle with raisins and mix well;

Pour clean water, about one finger high below the amount of rice;

Cover the pumpkin lid, put the pumpkin cup in a rice cooker or steamer and steam for about 45 minutes (depending on the size of the pumpkin to determine the time)
6.
Take the steamed pumpkin rice out of the pot, place it on a plate, and sprinkle with a pinch of black sesame for seasoning
