The Beibei pumpkins in the supermarket are discounted in half, how can I miss it. So I bought 16 of them at once and prepared to steam them as staple food. It just happened to see that there was still some leftover rice in the refrigerator, so combine the two. I didn't expect it to be so delicious^_^"

Ingredients

Pumpkin Steamed Rice

1. Wash the small pumpkin and cut open to remove the flesh.

2. Mix appropriate amount of brown sugar in the rice with miscellaneous grains, and add a teaspoon of olive oil.

3. The mixed rice is stuffed into the pumpkin.

4. Close the cut pumpkin lid. Put the steamer on high heat for 15-20 minutes.

5. Time is up, out of the pot.

6. Sprinkle some sesame seeds to decorate, the rice is sweet and pumpkin flour is glutinous. It's great.

Tips:

It would be better if you have glutinous rice instead of rice at home.
