Two Lipu taro came here. If you don’t make dessert, what can you do?
Let's get a vegetarian one first, and make a pot with pumpkin. Going through the pots and utensils in my head, I couldn't find a clay pot that could hold 1-2 people. I had no choice but to simmer it in a pot and serve it on the plate.
I added a few shrimps and added all the ingredients that can be added, hoping to make a rich pot.
The smell coming out of the pot feels pretty good, but unfortunately there is no suitable pot. The spatula turned the pumpkin and taro, and it looked a little squishy. Can only make do with it. . . .

Pumpkin Taro Claypot

1. Ingredients: 150 grams of pumpkin, 150 grams of Lipu taro, 10 dried shrimps, 15 grams of peas, 1 shiitake mushroom, 8 slices of snow peas, 3 grams of chicken powder, a little pepper, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of minced ginger and garlic, appropriate amount of oil

2. Soak dried dried shrimps in water beforehand.

3. Wash the pumpkin and taro, and cut into small cubes.

4. Wash shiitake mushrooms and chop finely. Wash snow peas and cut into small pieces.

5. Heat up the wok and pour some oil into it.

6. Add ginger and garlic until fragrant.

7. Pour in the pumpkin and taro and stir-fry until the surface is slightly charred.

8. Add peas, dried shrimps, shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

9. Add the broth and chicken powder, and mix well.

10. Cover with a lid and simmer until half-cooked.

11. Remove the lid, add snow peas, and continue to simmer until the moisture is dry and all ingredients are fully mature.

12. Uncover, add chopped green onion and pepper, and mix well.

13. Sprinkle a little green onion on the surface.

14. Cypress, the war horse, the culinary skills are flying

Tips:

The ingredients can be adjusted and changed at will according to your preferences.
The chicken powder can be replaced with salt and other seasonings.
When simmering, the heat should not be too high to avoid muddying the bottom of the pot.
