Pumpkin Tofu Cubes

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and place on the baking tray. Bake up and down at 200 degrees for six minutes, take out and set aside

Cut tofu into pieces and fry in oil until golden on both sides, take out and set aside

Heat the oil in the pan, add the pepper and peppercorns, sauté, remove, add pumpkin, onion, tofu, then add salt and sugar, stir fry for a minute, and finally add chicken powder and turn off the heat to serve. (I put my favorite strawberries on the plate and embellished them)
