Pumpkin Tofu Shreds

Prepare shredded tofu, shredded pumpkin, diced pepper and chives.

Put a little salt in a bowl with the prepared ingredients.
3.
Add chili oil.
4.
Drizzle with sesame oil.
5.
Put some vinegar and top with light soy sauce.
6.
Mix well and set aside for 20 minutes.
