Pumpkin Trotter Soup

Ingredients: trotters (washed and blanched), pumpkin (washed and cut), chives

Put the blanched pig's feet into the pressure cooker and add some clean water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on a medium-to-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, stir in the cut pumpkin and bring to a boil for 6-7 minutes.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Season to mix well.

Finally, put the chives in.
