Pumpkin Two-color Hana Roll

1. Peel and seed the large pumpkin, cut into thin slices, and steam.

2. Press it into mud while it's hot. Be careful not to add water!

3. Put the main ingredients together and make the dough.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.

5. The accessories are mixed with the noodles and the white noodles, the same for 20 minutes.

6. Knead the yellow and white dough more to form a smooth dough.

7. Roll them into thin dough pieces, basically the same size.

8. Brush the white flour sheet with corn oil.

9. Put the yellow pasta on the white pasta. Aligned.

10. As shown in the figure, roll it up from one end, and roll it tighter without leaving any gaps.

11. Cut into several equal portions.

12. Two stacked together.

13. Use a chopstick to press down horizontally on the middle part of the upper part and press it to the bottom.

14. Gently stretch, like twisting, twist 90° in the opposite direction, pinch the two ends together, pinch tightly and close the mouth downwards.

15. Put it in the basket, cover the pot, do not turn on the heat, and perform two shots for fifteen minutes. Turn on the fire, steam for fifteen minutes after the water is boiled, turn off the heat without lifting the lid, and steam for five minutes.

16. Finished product.

Tips:

Look carefully at the step-by-step instructions! The steaming time depends on the size of the Hanamaki.
