Purple Cabbage Oatmeal Toast 10

Prepare materials.

Add a little water to the purple cabbage and put it in a blender to make a juice.

Knead all ingredients except butter until they form a dough.

Knead for another 30 minutes to add butter to the expansion stage.

The first fermentation is 2.5 times larger.
