Purple Cabbage Salad

Set aside the purple cabbage and sauce.

Purple cabbage, tear large pieces by hand, soak in filtered pure water for 10 minutes.

Soak the purple cabbage, wash it, remove it, and drain it.

Cut into shreds and pour into a deep bowl, add refined salt, mix well, and marinate for 3 minutes.

Pour out the water from the marinade and add the large mixed vegetable sauce.

Add the vinaigrette.

Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes. Serve it and enjoy it beautifully.
Tips:
1: Because purple cabbage is not blanched, it is eaten directly, so it is soaked and washed with filtered pure water. If there is no filtered water, just use dilute brine.
2: The wizard uses the prepared finished sauce, if not, just use salt, vinegar, sugar, chili oil to prepare it.
