Purple sweet potato and taro mash are considered to be one of the four kings in the baking world. I also like the combination of the two! Today, I made myself a cup of purple sweet potato taro mashed oatmeal milk, pure plant zero sucrose, nutritious, healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

Purple (only) Potato (genus) Taro (yu) Mud (you) Oat Milk

1. Prepare all the ingredients, slice the purple sweet potato, and dice the taro.

2. Put the purple sweet potato and taro in the pot and take it out. Put the purple sweet potato into the food processor, add a little wheat ouye oat milk and whipped into purple sweet potato puree.

3. Pour into about 1/3 of the glass, and use a spoon to make a few strokes on the wall of the glass.

4. Then put the steamed taro into the food processor, and continue to add a little oat milk to whipped into purple potato taro mash.

5. Pour into the glass about 2/3.

6. Finally filled with wheat ouye oat milk, beautiful!
