Purple Potato and Barley Rice Congee

Ingredients: purple sweet potato (washed and peeled), barley kernels (soaked), rice

Wash the soaked barley kernels and set aside.

Wash the rice and set aside.

Put the cleaned and peeled purple sweet potato on the cutting board and cut into small pieces, set aside.

Pour some water in the pressure cooker and boil it.

Afterwards, add the washed rice and barley kernels to a boil.

Then, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes on a medium-to-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.
9.
Then, add the cut purple sweet potato, turn it to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes.
10.
Finally, add the right amount of sugar.
11.
Season to mix well, and it's ok.
