Purple Potato Cake

Prepare ingredients: 3 purple potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 green pepper, 1 egg, appropriate amount of flour, appropriate amount of green onions

Tips:
1. If there is no purple potato, just use the potatoes we usually eat;
2. Potatoes can be directly rubbed into silk with a wiper. I am a knives and I am playing with it;
3. It is found that the water will be more if you use a wiper to rub the silk, and the water will be less if you cut it with a knife, so if the flour is too dry, you can add a little water;
4. If there is no electric baking pan, you can directly use the pan to fry. Pay attention to the heat not to be too big, just don't batter.
