Salt and Pepper Potatoes

Peel the purple potatoes, cut them into hob pieces, put them in clean water, wash off the excess starch, and drain the water.

Brush the electric baking pan with a thin layer of oil, place the purple potato chunks with the larger cut side facing down, cover the lid, and fry the potatoes until the bottom is slightly browned.

Turn the potato cubes over and fry the other two sides slightly. Don't fry the other two sides for too long, just dip them in some fat. Sprinkle with salt

Sprinkle a little chili powder and black pepper powder according to your taste, stir evenly to get out of the pot.
