Purple Potato Cake

1. Prepare ingredients: 3 purple potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 green pepper, 1 egg, appropriate amount of flour, and appropriate amount of green onions.

Tips:

1. If there is no purple potato, just use the potato we usually eat.
