Purple Potato Cake

Prepare ingredients: 3 purple potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 green pepper, 1 egg, appropriate amount of flour, and appropriate amount of green onions.

Tips:
1. If there is no purple potato, just use the potato we usually eat.
2. Potatoes can be directly rubbed into silk with a wiper. I am a knives and I am playing with it.
3. It is found that the water will be more when rubbed with a wiper, and the water will be less when the knife is cut, so if the flour is too dry, you can add a little water.
4. If there is no electric baking pan, you can directly use the pan to fry. Pay attention to the heat not to be too big, just don't batter.
