Purple Potato Cheesecake

Peel the purple sweet potato, cut into small pieces, and steam for 20 minutes.

While it is hot, mash it with a spoon, add glutinous rice flour and add some sugar.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Take a small piece of dough and knead it into a bowl, put it in mozzarella cheese, close the mouth and gently press it into a pie.

Heat up the pan and turn on medium heat. Add the cakes and reduce the heat to a low heat.

Fry it until both sides are soft and ready to serve.

Dip a layer of minced coconut on the outside.

Be sure to eat it while it's hot, you won't be able to pull the cheese after it's cold😉.
