Purple Potato Meal Buns

Steam the purple sweet potato and mash it with a fork.

Mix the purple potato mash with water, sieve, and filter out the purple potato water.

A total of about 140 grams of purple sweet potato water needs to be filtered out.

Mix the purple sweet potato water with all the ingredients (except butter), knead until smooth and elastic.

Divide into 10 portions and relax for 10 minutes.
