Purple Potato Yam Puree

First wash the purple sweet potato and yam, put it in a steamer, and steam until it is fully cooked;

Add appropriate amount of honey to the yam, and then press it into a puree, because the yam has no taste, in order to increase the taste, I added a little honey or not!

Then press the purple sweet potato into a puree, prepare a flower-shaped mold, a plate for the finished product, place the mold in a suitable position, first scoop a spoonful of yam puree for compaction; Note: Be sure to use the finished plate of your choice Do it, try not to move when you are done.

Then scoop in a spoonful of purple sweet potato mash to compact;

Tips:
