Purple Potato Yam Puree

Prepare yam and purple sweet potato.

Peel and cut into small pieces separately.

Put a large amount of water on the pot, add a large amount of water to the bottom of the pot, and steam it over high heat.

After steaming, take it out of the pot, divide it into plates, and press it with a spoon until it is evenly soft.

If the taste is sweeter, you can add condensed milk to the yam puree. Stir well.

Pack the mud in a fresh-keeping bag. It is recommended to use a special piping bag for piping cakes. I used a fresh-keeping bag, which broke and failed to decorate. The back shape can only be squeezed by hand.

After styling, sprinkle a little instant oatmeal granules and jam.
