Purple Rice Oat Sugar Triangle

Add flour to purple rice noodles, add oats, sugar, and make dough with Angel water. Proof for 3 hours. I forgot to take pictures of this one.

Add a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of sesame to the brown sugar

Exhaust the proofed dough and divide it into small doses

After rolling the skin, pack a spoonful of brown sugar filling, as shown in the picture, and shape it into a triangle

Tighten the three sides (it must be tightened, otherwise it will leak sugar)
