The first cut was very pleasant to me. I was still impressed by the many large holes in the bread directly made by the bread machine. The result was cut, the texture was very uniform, and the softness was good. Of course, if the bread was reshaped and second rounded It might be better, but I'm quite satisfied with this kind of toast. At this acceptable level, I don't have to consider staying up late to make toast so hard.
Tips:
My black and white rice is cooked with a mixture of 80 grams of purple rice and 150 grams of rice. After cooling, I took 130 grams, because it will contain a little more water when cooked. The original 165 grams of water, I used 140 grams. You can adjust according to your own situation
