Purple Sweet Potato and Red Bean Soup

Wash the red beans and soak for two hours.

Put red beans and appropriate amount of water in the casserole, boil at high heat and turn to medium-low heat.

Peel the purple sweet potato and cut into pieces.

Boil the red beans until the skin cracks.
5.
Put in the purple sweet potato cubes.
6.
After the purple sweet potato and red beans are cooked, add rock sugar and cook until they melt.
