Purple Sweet Potato Ball

Peel and slice purple sweet potato.

Wrap the sliced purple sweet potato tightly with tin foil (tin foil: to prevent steam from penetrating into the purple sweet potato), put it in a pot and steam for 30 minutes.

Mash the steamed purple sweet potato.

While it is warm, add appropriate amount of sugar, glutinous rice flour, milk, and knead into a ball.

Roll into small balls.

Dip the pellets with honey and put them in the prepared breadcrumbs.
