Purple Sweet Potato Biscuits

Purple sweet potato peeled and sliced, steamed in water

Put the purple sweet potato in a fresh-keeping bag, press it with a rolling pin to form a purple sweet potato mash, melt the butter in water, add the purple sweet potato mash and powdered sugar, and mix well. Add the sieved low-powder to the purple potato mash, and stir evenly.

Roll the mixed purple potato mash into a sheet with a thickness of about 0.5 cm, and press it into a shape with a biscuit mold. Spread tin foil on the baking tray, brush with proper amount of oil, and put in biscuits

Fire up and down at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
