Tips:
1. The bread made is 750 grams, I used PE8500.
2. High-gluten flour must be used for flour, medium and low-grade flour, high-temperature toast hole is not fixed, there is a phenomenon of recession and shrinkage, yeast must be used instant yeast, ordinary yeast fermentation time is more than 3 hours, the fermentation of bread machine is 2 Complete within hours.
3. The storage and consumption of bread. When the bread is just coming out of the oven, because it is still in a high temperature state, the yeast in the bread has not completely disappeared at this time. If the bread is eaten here, harmful carcinogens will be ingested. After being out of the oven, the bread can only be eaten when the core temperature of the bread drops below 40 degrees and cooled down, because the yeast action will stop and the carbon dioxide in the bread has been fully discharged.
