Purple Sweet Potato Bread (bread Machine Version)
1.
Put the milk, eggs, sugar, and salt in the bread bucket in turn, and put the salt and sugar on the opposite corners. Then put in high-gluten flour, which can be smoothed out if you don't need it, pile it up into a hill, dig a small hole, put the yeast in it, and cover it. Put it in the bread machine to knead the noodles for 20 minutes, then add the camellia seed oil (salad oil) and stir for another 20 minutes
2.
Start the fermentation function, wait for the dough to reach the original two cups, take it out, knead and roll out the bubbles. Divide the dough into three parts, pull it into strips, flatten it with a rolling pin, put the purple potato mash, fold the dough in half, roll it up, and put it in the bread bucket (forgot to take pictures in this process)
3.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds to start the second fermentation.
4.
For baking, I chose 30 minutes, and the coloring is not bad. I guess it’s okay for around 25 minutes.
5.
Pour out the bread, let it stand, after the bread is cool, break it with your hands (I don’t have a bread knife) 😭
