Purple Sweet Potato Cake

Peel the purple sweet potato.

Cut into pieces and steam for 15 minutes.

Add baking powder to the flour, mix well and set aside, add yeast and sugar to the milk, mix well and set aside.

The steamed purple sweet potato pieces are mashed into a puree.

Pour the milk and stir well.

Add the flour three times and mix well.

Pour the mixed batter into the container and smooth the surface, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place to proof it to 2 times its size.

After waking up, place the dried cranberries, steam in a pot on cold water for 30 minutes, turn off the heat for 3 minutes and open the lid.

Cut it out with a knife.

Don’t make the batter too dry~
