Purple Sweet Potato Cake Roll

Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Mix water and salad oil until emulsified

Add purple potato mash and mix well.

Add egg yolk and mix well, then add sifted flour and mix well.

Egg whites, sugar, tartar powder

Whip the meringue

Add 1/3 of the egg white paste to the egg yolk paste and mix well, then pour it back into the egg white paste and mix well.

Spread paper on the baking tray, pour the cake batter and smooth it out, shake the tray and put it into the oven preheated at 180 degrees.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Shake the plate out of the oven

Add purple potato mash with whipped cream and mix well. The cake is rolled up with whipped cream on the paper.

After setting, remove the cake paper, cut off both ends and squeeze the mixed purple potato mash.

Cut into pieces.
