Purple Sweet Potato Crystal Cake

Boil the purple sweet potato soft with three bowls of water, (don't pour out the remaining water, save it for use), remove and drain, stir into a puree for later use

Soak the agar in cold water for 3 minutes.

Pick up the agar, pour it into the reserved purple sweet potato water, boil, add milk and stir evenly

Divide the agar into two portions, pour 1 portion into the mashed potato dish and stir, and pour the second portion into the refrigerated after it has solidified.
