Purple Sweet Potato Crystal Rice Dumpling

Rinse the sago lightly with water, never soak;

Put it in a food processor and beat it into powder;

Add glutinous rice flour and white sugar to sago flour and mix well;

Add boiling water and mix to make a paste; PS: translucent

Steam the purple sweet potato, add corn oil, white sugar, maltose, etc. and fry until the purple sweet potato filling; PS: please refer to my recipe for purple sweet potato filling

Fold the cleaned zong leaves into a funnel shape, put in the well-mixed rice paste and purple sweet potato filling, and wrap them into the shape you like;

This is the wrapped zongzi, use edible scissors to cut off the excess zongye rope;

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot over a medium-to-low heat, and steam over water for 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. It is better to choose large leaves for zong leaves;
2. Sago cannot be soaked;
