Purple sweet potato has a high content of cellulose and anthocyanins. These substances can promote gastrointestinal motility, clean up mucus, gas and putrefaction retained in the intestinal cavity, and discharge carcinogens, and have extremely high iron and calcium content. Selenium and iron are essential elements for anti-fatigue, anti-aging, and blood enrichment, and have good health care functions. Selenium is the "anti-cancer king" and is easily absorbed by the body. A few days ago, I received the small purple sweet potatoes tried by Bawang Supermarket. I am very grateful to the staff for their trust in me. Today I used them to make this glutinous rice pill. I hope you like it:"

Purple Sweet Potato Glutinous Rice Balls

1. Prepare all the ingredients (you can use two purple potatoes for this meatball)

2. Wash and steam the purple sweet potato

3. Peel the two purple potatoes, cut them, and put them in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them into a puree shape for later use.

4. Mix the mashed purple potato with glutinous rice flour, and the right amount of condensed milk. If there is no condensed milk, add the right amount of sugar.

5. Add an appropriate amount of warm water, stir, and form a dough that does not stick to your hands.

6. Put it in the steamer, cover the surface with plastic wrap, and let SAIC fire for at least 30 minutes

7. Then insert it with chopsticks to check if it is ripe. Continue steaming if it is not cooked.

8. For the steamed dough, sprinkle some fried flour on the surface of the chopping board, or it will be too touchy, so divide the dough into ingredients.

9. Press flat and wrap your favorite fillings

10. Wrap it into a ball shape and just stick to the surface with coconut paste.

11. Finished product

12. Soft waxy

Tips:

There is no condensed milk plus the right amount of sugar. Choose the filling at will.
