Purple Sweet Potato Glutinous Rice Cake

Soak the glutinous rice for about 3-4 hours in advance.

Drain the soaked glutinous rice, add water again and put it in the bread machine. The amount of water is for reference only, and the amount of water added is adjusted according to the water absorption of the glutinous rice when it is soaked.

Start the bread machine rice cake program. After the program is over, the glutinous rice dough is ready. Cover the finished dough with plastic wrap and put it to lukewarm temperature.
