Purple Sweet Potato Hydrangea Bun
1.
Weigh the required materials (forgot to take photos of the weighed materials~haha)
2.
Heat the milk in the microwave for 1 minute~ Pour in the dry yeast and mix well
3.
Put all the flour, milk powder, sugar and baking powder in a container and mix well. Then pour the prepared cow dry yeast into the container and make a dough. It may be a little sticky. I used chopsticks to stir and then take it once. Knead the dough with sex gloves until the dough is evenly kneaded ~ ferment and set aside ~
4.
When the dough is fermented, we steam the purple sweet potato, pound it and let cool
5.
Put on disposable gloves and knead the fermented dough and purple potato mash together ~ and weigh out 4 small balls each time of 15g ~ roll into sticks ~
6.
Crossed into a tic tac toe~
7.
First go clockwise
8.
Then go counterclockwise~
9.
And so on~
10.
Tidy up
11.
If you want a darker color, add more purple potato mash
12.
Wake up the noodles for 15-30 minutes~ After the water is boiled, steam the noodles for 15 minutes~ Don't uncover the lid immediately after steaming~
13.
Duang~ Let’s eat~
Tips:
Because the purple potato mash has moisture~ it will be sticky if you knead it with the dough~ add powder and it will be OK~
