Purple Sweet Potato, Lotus Seed and Tremella Soup

Kitchenware needed: pressure cooker, chopping board, knife

Ingredients: purple sweet potato, rock sugar, white fungus, lotus seed

Soak the lotus seeds two or three hours in advance (you can soak one night in advance if you have time)

Soak the white fungus two hours in advance
5.
Tear the soaked white fungus into small flowers

Put the soaked white fungus and lotus seeds into the pressure cooker together

Add appropriate amount of water

Put the lid on, and choose to cook the soup for 50 minutes
9.
Peel and dice the purple sweet potato when pressing the white fungus and lotus seeds

After the pressure cooker shows that the pressure disappears, add the cut purple sweet potato and rock sugar

Start Juicer again, timing for ten minutes

The program is over, the soft and thick purple sweet potato and white fungus soup is ready
Tips:
1. Tremella is easier to simmer when torn into small pieces.
2. You can eat purple sweet potato white fungus soup cold or hot as you like, but it is recommended to eat hot in winter!
