Purple Sweet Potato Milk Sago
1.
Pure milk purple sweet potato (I cut the small cubes and cooked it in advance), sago, sugar (rock sugar is also OK).
2.
Boil a small pot of boiling water, wait for the water to boil, add the sago; stir while observing (to prevent sticking to the pan); wait for the sago to become a small white spot in the middle, and then be stuffy for 5 minutes; Several times are ok) Soak in cold water, set aside.
3.
Pour milk into the pot (you can add some water, if you like it, you don't need to add it if you like a stronger milk flavor).
4.
After the milk has boiled, pour in the diced purple sweet potatoes (I cut and cooked the purple sweet potatoes in advance).
5.
Add sago and continue stirring (it's almost done!).
6.
Add white sugar in the last step.
7.
It's done!
Tips:
It is best to wait for the water to boil before putting the sago until it becomes white. Turn off the heat for 5 minutes.
