Purple Sweet Potato Milk Toast (one-time Fermented Corn Oil Version)

Put all the ingredients into the bucket of the cook machine in the order of liquid first, then powder, start the cook machine to knead the dough to the extended stage to the state of the glove film.

Take half of the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts (my dough is the amount of two 450g toasts, so take half according to the mold and divide it into three equal parts), simply round and cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.
