Purple Sweet Potato Oatmeal

Prepare the required ingredients, peel off the skin of the purple sweet potato, clean it, and then cut into small pieces, chop it as much as possible to make it easier to cook;

Tips:
1. Adding milk has a slight milk flavor. If there is none or if you are allergic, you can leave it alone, but it is not recommended to heat it for too long to avoid nutrient loss;
