Tips:

2. If you don't have time to make bread right away, you can cover it with a damp cloth and put it in the refrigerator. I do this often.
3. The oven temperature is related to the brand, size, etc. The temperature and time are for reference only, and must be adjusted according to the bread situation.
4. The bread should not be dry. Pay attention to moisturizing. If the surface is slightly dry, put a pot of hot water under the baking tray when the surface is slightly dry, which will help the dough increase moisture and promote fermentation.
