Purple Sweet Potato Rice Cake

Purple sweet potato peeled and cut into pieces and steamed in a pot

Pressed into purple potato mash

200g sticky rice noodles, add 50g purple potato mash

Add 3 grams of yeast

Add warm water and mix well to make a rice paste (about 150ml)

Ferment in a warm place until it is twice as large as the original with bubbles

Prepare two large deep dishes (my dish is about six inches), brush with a layer of primer and pour into the batter

Sprinkle with goji berries, boil in a hot pot on cold water and steam for 25 minutes and steam for 5 minutes.
