Purple Sweet Potato Rose

Pour the steamed purple potato into a puree, add sugar, (I forgot to take the photo in the front, the yeast must be washed with warm water, and beat two eggs in front of it.) and the white flour yeast.

The live noodles are fermented. This is good fermentation.

Knead the dough into long strips and cut into small doses. Roll into a thin skin.

Six slices, stacked together. Press the back of a knife in the middle, roll it up from top to bottom, and cut the rolled up in the middle,

Just touch it with your hands, and the blooming roses will be fine. Prove for another ten minutes before steaming.

This is steamed out of the pot. Not bad right! Can be a snack.
