Purple Sweet Potato Sesame Ball

Peel and cut the purple sweet potato.

Steam it in the pot and mash it into a puree. Add sugar while it's hot and stir.

Add glutinous rice flour and a little hot water.

Knead into dough.
5.
Knead into small balls with some water wet on the surface, and roll on the white sesame seeds to make the white sesame sticks evenly.
6.
Do them all in turn.
7.
Fried in the pot.
8.
After frying, drain the oil and serve on a serving plate.
